To use the latex-free manual sphygmomanometer, start by sitting comfortably and relaxing your arms. Wrap the cuff around your arm just above the elbow, ensuring it's snug but not too tight. Use the bulb to inflate the cuff until the pressure cuts off the blood flow. Then, slowly release the pressure by turning the valve and listening to the heartbeats with the stethoscope. Record the values when you hear the first and last beats.
