North Respirators and Cartridges
Sylprotec offers a good selection of North respirators and their components. North respirators are valued for their flexibility and reliability. North respirators allow several configurations of cartridges or filters. We currently offer the most popular filter elements, however, according to the shifting demand, changes will ensue. Our main products are:
- North 7700 series half facepiece, in all sizes: RN7700
- North 5500 series elastomeric haft mask respirator, in all size; RN5500
- North full facepiece respirator; RN54001
- P100 HEPA respirators; RN7580P100
- Organic vapours cartridges; RN75001
- Multigas cartridges; RN75SCP100L
These respirators have been design to filter particles or vapours present in the air. The work environments in which this type of equipment will be used must feature at least 19% oxygen. Please note that most respirators have their specificity and thus are effective only for certain contaminants in their concentrations limit.
Moreover, if properly adjusted (fit test), respirators can protect to a minimum of 10 times higher than the exposure limit when not protected.
