This set includes a full-face respirator, a flexible supply hose and a nylon belt, one size fit most, sold individually. No. 9901. The set is intended for use with Allegro air-supplied breathing systems at low pressure, this product is approved by the US NIOSH TC-19C-353.

Characteristic of the full-face respirator:
This respirator made of silicone rubber is hypoallergenic, resistant to chemicals and ozone. It is comfortable and offers a continuous flow of low pressure air. Silicone rubber is durable and maintains its shape during storage. This respirator is even used where the heat and cold are extreme. Double sealing flanges and deep chin pocket for a better face to mask seal.

Suspension:
The suspension has five durable, non-slip rubber attachment points. The loops are adjustable and maintain their positions once adjusted. A net to protect the hair is an integral part of the suspension. The respirator can fit under a construction helmet.

Visor:
Full-face respirators are particularly useful when one must protect himself from vapours that may cause skin and eye irritation. The lens made of polycarbonate which is ANSI Z87.1 approved for impacts on this full-face piece may be used as safety eyewear. The visor is provided with an anti-fog and anti-scratch coating. You can protect it with the removable protective film (RA9901-25), or if necessary replace it completely (RA9901-09L).

Exhalation valve:
Large diameter contoured exhalation valve design, for minimal breathing resistance. The valve is easily accessible to fast replacement and cleaning. The removable cover protects the exhalation valve against dirt, paint spray and frost.

Characteristic of the supply hose:
The feed hose is facing back to leave you a free field of view. It is light, flexible and resistant. The OBAC adapter can be removed quickly if needed. The hose has a large diameter which facilitates the maximum supply of air to the worker. The manufacturer did not provide information on the materials used to manufacture the hose. 

Characteristic of the belt:
The nylon belt is worn at the waist. It has a plastic clip that prevents the feed hose from pulling on the face piece. 

Application:
This full-face respirator is one of the components that constitute a respiratory protection system call: low-pressure air supply. To be functional, it must be paired with a source of breathing air and a sufficient length of hose.

This type of respirator is recommended for work that will release solid and liquid particles into the air or for work in environments where there are contaminants and/or biological particles in the air. Especially if the pump stops working. This full-face respirator offers a protection factor of up to 1000 times the exposure limit allowed by the CNESST or any other applicable government regulation. Do not use when sandblasting. This respirator must not be used in areas where there is a risk of oxygen deficiency.

Maintenance and service life:
This set is reusable provided its maintenance and storage are done according to the rules. Allegro recommends that you always inspect your mask before using it, clean it after using it, and keep it in its packaging when it is not in use. When cleaning, it is important not to use solvents since they can weaken some components of the mask, which can affect its effectiveness.

Also take care to have the usual spare parts such as: the exhalation valve (RA9901-07), the inhalation valve (RA99901-03B) and removable film to protect your visor (RA9901- 25). Please note that these items are available on special order only, the lead time may vary from 2 to 3 weeks. You can pair this full face respirator with low pressure hoses (RA9100, RA9100-50 and RA9100-100). In addition, the compatible air sources are (RA9806, RA9821 or RA9832).
