Application:
To use the tick removal kit, follow these simple steps:

• Wash your hands and put on the nitrile gloves supplied in the kit. Make sure you have all the tools at hand: tick forceps with magnifying glass, antiseptic swabs, adhesive dressings, and Ziploc bags.
• Use the tick forceps to grasp the tick as close to the skin as possible, without crushing its abdomen.
• Pull gently but firmly upwards, without twisting or shaking, until the tick comes off.   
• Place the tick in the Ziploc bag for analysis. Clean the bite area with an antiseptic swab to disinfect. Apply an adhesive bandage to the area to protect it.
• Note the date and location of the bite.
• Watch the area for a few days for any signs of infection or redness. If you notice any unusual symptoms, consult a doctor.

By following these steps, you can safely remove ticks and minimize the risk of infection.
