This ceiling hook, also referred to as a polyhanger or clip, is used to help establish a containment space by suspending polythene from suspended ceiling rails.

The ceiling hook is made up of 2 devices, 1 of which hooks onto the ceiling rail, the other helping to support polythene, orange clothing, etc. The ceiling hook is advantageous in the installation of connecting tunnels, dust curtains, temporary protective barriers and in the construction of complete containment barriers.
