Peculiarities of:

They can be used to clean wounds, apply medication or protect wounds, making them an indispensable part of any first-aid kit.

Application:
To properly apply gauze pads, follow these steps:

1. Wash your hands: Before touching the wound or gauze pad, make sure your hands are clean to avoid infection.

2. Prepare the wound: Gently clean the wound with soap and water or an antiseptic solution.

3. Apply the gauze pad: Hold the pad by the edges to avoid touching the part that will be in contact with the wound. Place it directly on the wound.

4. Secure the pad: Use medical tape or a bandage to hold the pad in place. Make sure the bandage is not too tight, to avoid cutting off blood circulation.

5. Monitor the wound: Change the gauze pad regularly, especially if it becomes damp or dirty. Check the wound for any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling or discharge.

Maintenance and service life:
Be sure to keep them in a dry place to avoid any moisture that could compromise their integrity.
