To use Ferno Fastrap straps with a backboard, follow these steps:

1. Position the patient: Place the victim on the spine board, making sure he or she is aligned and stabilized.

2. Prepare the straps: Unwind the straps and make sure they are ready to use without knots or twists.

3. Attach straps: Start by attaching the first strap to the patient's chest, passing under the arms and securing the buckles. Continue by adding additional straps along the body, securing at the hips, legs and feet.
