The Peltor 3M ™ X4A Ear Protector features a newly designed spacer, specially formulated foam liners and innovative protective pads to improve noise attenuation. This low-profile, low-noise ear muff is compatible with other personal protective equipment and is designed to protect moderate-level noise levels. They are equipped with an electrically insulated headband, often called "dielectric". The metal components of the headband are covered with non-conductive material for use in a low voltage environment (less than 440 VAC).
