Fireproof gray wool blanket.
Ideal for installation near areas with existing fire hazards, as well as in first aid rooms.
The blanket is certified NFPA (5.1) 701 and is made of gray wool treated with Dupont X-12 fire retardant. It is recommended to use fireproof blankets on small fires as soon as they appear, to block their oxygen supply.
The blanket may be rolled in a steel cabinet. The edge of the blanket has an arm loop to use in case of clothes on fire: the victim can, even unassisted, place an arm through the loop and quickly wrap the blanket around himself or herself to extinguish the fire.
