3M universal aluminum and thermoplastic headgear for cap-style hard hats providing face protection. Sold individually. 20 units/case.

This headgear is easy to assemble with all 3M faceshield for a task-specific face protection. Please note that faceshield and hard hat are not included. It does not interfere, by design, with cap mounted earmuffs. This cap-mounted headgear doesn’t require the slots provided for the purpose of installing the cap-mounted earmuffs. Its two-position system locks shield up and out of place when not in use.

This headgear has also been designed to feature a quick change system with no snaps, bands or cams which offer an easy window replacement. This system, moreover, gives users a wide choice of faceshield materials, sizes, shapes, and tints for task-specific requirements.

This headgear meets ANSI Z87.1-2010 and CSA Z94.3-07 (R2014) impact protection standards.

Please note that protective eyewear should be worn under faceshields at all times to meet CSA standards.
