Application:

1. Sit comfortably and relax for at least 5 minutes before taking your measurement.
2. Place the cuff on your bare arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow, with the rubber tube positioned over the inside of your arm.
3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. Press the power button to turn on the blood pressure monitor.
4. Remain calm and still during the measurement. The device will automatically inflate the cuff and then deflate it to take your blood pressure measurement.
5. Once the measurement is complete, your results will be displayed on the large, illuminated screen.
6. Note the values for systolic and diastolic pressure, as well as your pulse, displayed on the screen. The blood pressure monitor automatically stores up to 60 readings, allowing you to track your results over time.
7. Press the power button to turn off the monitor.
9. Regularly consult with your healthcare professional with the results of your measurements and use the device at the same time each day to get consistent readings.
