Application:
To apply the instant cold compress, start by locating the injured or swollen area. Then take the compress and press firmly to activate the chemical reaction that produces the cold. You'll feel the compress cooling immediately. Apply it directly to the skin where you feel the pain or inflammation. Keep the compress in place for around 10 to 15 minutes. If necessary, you can reposition the compress to cover a larger area or target different pain points.
