An aramid blend heat resistant fabric that is extra tough, extra flexible and extra clean. It has superior abrasion resistance, high tear strength and excellent dimensional stability. It is 49 mils or 1.3 mm thick.
It is a non-itching, non-irritating fabric that is particularly good as a high temperature cloth that requires constant handling.
Kevlar offers an excellent resistance to acids and alkalis will not deteriorate with age and will not mildew. With a service temperature to 650 F, typical applications are heat pads, wear apparel, fire blankets and curtains.
Blankets fabricated to any size with stitched seams and hems, using high temperature aramid thread. Blankets can be ordered to any size. Specify height X width.
