Ergonomic safety knife with a stainless-steel blade protected by a cover that retracts after cutting. As a result, cuts almost never occur. NSF certified for food production. For right- and left-handed users, it is activated by one of these 3 buttons. This safe knife allows you to cut plastic, paper bags, packing slips, sheets, 2-ply cardboard. The blade is not interchangeable, which avoids cuts and also the pieces of the blade which break. At the end of the knife, you will find a device to cut the tape. This knife is not detectable by metal detectors. Sold individually.

Special Features:
Features a unique self-activating safety hood designed to keep the user safe. The hood automatically closes to cover the blade at the end of each cut, virtually eliminating injury.
The safety blade on this cutter is not removable, so there are no lost blades in food service facilities. Using a blade-less cutter also reduces the risk of injury.

Should not be used on metal parts, metal or wood.
Care and Lifetime:
Wash in warm water and dry with a clean cloth. Discard if the knife is damaged. The manufacturer estimates a life of 120 days.
