G504 peculiarities:
This glove is comfortable while providing a dependable grip on wet or on dry surfaces. This glove is an excellent glove for general purposes and some may recommend it to glaziers.

Cotton properties:
Cotton has a high water-absorbing capacity and can deal as well with sebum without getting damp. This fabric also has good breathable characteristics, it is hypoallergenic and it offers a nice touch and good comfort which suits perfectly to those who have sensitive skin. Cotton has low thermal-conductivity, therefore in summer it prevents your skin from heating, and in winter it preserves the warmth of your body.

Latex properties:
Natural rubber latex properties vary according to the additives dispersed slightly through the compounding. This fixed polymer structure delivers among other things its significant elasticity, its flexibility, its high tensile strength and its excellent barrier performance to viruses and blood borne pathogens. In comparison with its synthetic counterparts, latex offers a poor resistance to oil, fat and hydrocarbons, but resist well to a 10% concentration of nitric acid, a 36% concentration of hydrochloric acid and a 50% concentration of sulphuric acid.

Use for:
According to the manufacturer, this glove is ideal for construction work and renovations, material handling and general manual work which require sensitivity, dexterity and protection. This glove may as well be used by workers in the automotive industry, glass, transport, forestry and maintenance.

Do not use for:
Regarding the chemical resistance of latex, you should know that latex degrades quickly when in contact with most organic solvents and hydrocarbons. This glove cannot eliminate the risk of mechanical endangerment although it offers an excellent protection on this level. This glove is partially covered only, thus it not recommended immersing it completely since it won’t protect you. Natural rubber latex contains latex proteins, a known allergen. A simple contact with that protein can lead to a reaction or the development of a Type-I allergy, that is, a quick reaction sometime deadly. Symptoms may range from a simple skin irritation to a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction.

Maintenance and service life:
It is not recommended to wash this glove since it is afterward quite difficult to get all dry.
