Ergodyne baseball-style bump cap, with 4 LEDs. Certified EN 812-2012.
Color: black and navy, with silver reflective trim.
Caution: this bump cap does not offer sufficient protection against falling objects or fall-related injuries.
Bump caps do not replace hard hats and may not be worn on construction sites.
Great for working in basements, crawlspaces, machine rooms and other areas with reduced clearance, as well as for workers in the food industry, in warehouses, in garages, and for inspections. Lightweight and comfortable, this bump cap protects from impacts with hard or pointy objects. It helps prevent scrapes, cuts and puncture wounds.
This bump cap has a removable shell made of ABS plastic, with soft foam cushioning. Mesh venting panels on the back and sides help ensure good ventilation for better comfort. The cap closes with an low-angle Velcro band for a snug, safe fit.
The 80 mm (3”) brim has 4 white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The LEDs emit 48 lumens and illuminate up to 15 m (50 feet) away. No flashlight needed!
4 CR2032 disposable lithium batteries included, for up to 30 hours of continuous light. Batteries can be changed once drained. Remove the hard shell to access the battery case located near the back of the cap.
