The Act Respecting Occupational Health And Safety, more specifically section 51, requires that any employer takes the necessary measures to protect the health and ensure the safety and physical well-being of his worker. Although not mandatory, displaying safety signs is quite recommended to indicate the position of potential sources of danger.
