The Cable Protector is a 5-channel device designed to protect cables from damage caused by pedestrian, vehicular and heavy equipment traffic. The channel width is 2.2 in (5.7 cm) and can accommodate cables up to 2 po (5 cm) in diameter. It's built with a rugged, commercial-grade rubber base and a durable, high-visibility yellow hinged cover for easy access.  The cable protector can support a load of up to 30 tons.

Cable protectors prevent damage caused by wire vibration, contact with other heat-producing equipment or simple tripping. They also improve accessibility by allowing cables to pass through traffic areas without impeding pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
