High visibility fluorescent yellow long sleeve shirt, 100% cotton jersey knit.

With grey retroreflective stripes bordered by two orange stripes. With two vertical stripes on the front, two crossed X stripes on the back, one horizontal stripe on the waist and one horizontal stripe on each forearm. It has a front pocket, a chest pocket with hook and loop closure and a radio clip. Ideal for staying warm while remaining visible.
Fluorescent yellow is highly visible during daylight and in conditions of low natural light, for instance at dawn and dusk. In most situations, it offers a high contrast with the background. At night, its lighter hue is more visible than fluorescent orange, but not as visible as reflective stripes.
Fluorescent orange is very visible during the day and in conditions with a lot of artificial light. In most situations, it also provides high contrast with the background. Fluorescent orange, however, is less visible at night and in low natural or artificial light conditions, such as dawn or dusk.
Gray (silver) StarTech® retroreflective stripes are highly visible in low natural or artificial light conditions, because they reflect light back towards the source of the beam (flashlight, vehicle headlights, etc.). They are most efficient during dawn, dusk or at night. However, they do not offer increased visibility during daylight.
