About its classification:
It is important to note that coveralls that include a color other than hi-vis orange or hi-vis yellow are not commonly used for high visibility. Royal blue is not as visible as fluorescent colors or bright colors. Coveralls that include Royal blue are often used for aesthetic reasons or to avoid showing dirt.
Class 1: This class is designed for workers in low-risk areas such as parking lots and warehouses. According to CSA standard Z96-22, it covers the largest surface area of the body.
Silver-gray retroreflective strips are highly visible in natural or artificial low-light conditions, as they reflect light back towards the source of the light beam (flashlight, car headlights, etc.). They therefore offer the greatest safety at dawn, dusk and during the night. However, they do not increase visibility during the day.
Application:
Ideal for workers on road construction sites or related fields.
Restriction:
Keep away from fire.
Maintenance and service life:
It is advisable to maintain the suit regularly, as soiling can reduce its high-reflective properties. Users should check the condition of the coverall before and after each use, and clean it to ensure that it is clean, in good condition, with no signs of wear. Wash in cold water with mild detergent on delicate cycle only. Hang to dry. Do not spin. Do not use bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry and clean.
