The design:
This suit is designed to fit women ergonomically, with a snug fit and adjustable snap cuffs. It's made from a premium cotton fiber blended with polyester for a weight of 7 oz per square yard (230 g/m2). The proportions are 65% polyester-35% cotton. A fabric that offers excellent resistance to stains, tears and creasing.

It also features StarTech® reflective strips for optimum visibility in low-light conditions. The women's suit has seven storage pockets, including two on the back, two on the chest and two on the sides, so you can keep your tools and personal belongings close to hand. It also has a robust two-way brass zip for easy donning and doffing. It's available in an orange color that's easy to spot in the field. It complies with CSA standard Z96-22 class 3 level 2, which specifies performance and design requirements for high-visibility clothing.

About its classification:

Fluorescent orange is highly visible during the day and in conditions with a lot of artificial light. In most situations, it also offers high contrast with the background. Fluorescent orange is less visible at night and in conditions of low natural or artificial light, for example at dawn or dusk. 

Silver retroreflective strips are highly visible in low natural or artificial light conditions, because they reflect light back towards the source of the beam (torch, car headlights, etc.). They therefore offer the greatest safety at dawn, dusk and at night. However, they do not increase visibility during the day.

Class 3: This class is designed for workers in high-risk areas, such as motorways and large-scale construction zones. Class 3 is the highest level of visibility for high-visibility clothing. According to CSA standard Z96-22, it covers the largest surface area of the body and provides the best visibility in low-light conditions and at a distance. This class combines class 2 clothing, with the addition of bands around the arms and legs.

High-visibility safety clothing has reflective strips that reflect light and can therefore be seen from more than 250 meters away to ensure your safety, and for Sylprotec this is essential.

Poly/cotton is a fabric made from natural fibers (cotton) and synthetic fibers (polyester). It is often used to make clothing, household linen and accessories. Poly/cotton has a number of advantages: it is cheaper than pure cotton, easy to care for, crease-free, strong and durable.

The weight of the fabric is expressed in ounces (oz)by square meter or grams per square meter (gsm). The higher the weight, the thicker and warmer the fabric. A 7oz (230gmc) poly/cotton fabric is therefore a medium-weight fabric, suitable for mid-season garments.

High-visibility coveralls are worn to warn drivers and other vehicle operators of the presence of a worker. 

Application:
High visibility clothing must be worn when working on pavements and roads.

Restriction:
Contaminated or dirty retroreflective materials offer poorer visibility.

Maintenance and lifespan:
Regular maintenance of the suit is advised as soiling can reduce the high visibility properties and level of high reflection. Users should check the condition of the coverall before and after each use and clean it to ensure that it is clean, in good condition and shows no signs of wear. 

Care and durability:
Before washing, be sure to empty all garment pockets, close all zips, press studs and hook and loop fasteners. Turn garments inside out. Do not soak. Do not overload the washing machine and rinse stubborn stains before washing. Wash in lukewarm water with similar colors and does not exceed (104oF or 40oC). Wash heavily soiled garments separately. Use a mild liquid detergent (PH of 10 or less).

Do not use detergents containing bleach or animal fat, or bleach containing chlorine (sodium hypochlorite) or hydrogen peroxide in the wash cycle. Do not use fabric softener, as it makes clothes flammable. Do not use fabric softeners, starch and/or fabric softener sheets. Garments can be ironed, tumble dried, tunnel dried or hung in a cool place. Cover the reflective tape before ironing. The drying temperature should not exceed 149^oF or 65^oC. Use the "cotton" setting for drying. Do not over-dry. Do not use starch during drying.
