Design:
It's made from 150-denier twill-woven polyester, a material that's weather-, tear- and dirt-resistant, yet soft to the touch. Yellow color. Its cut is adapted to women's morphology, offering freedom of movement and optimum fit. This safety vest has no shortage of pockets to hold all your tools and accessories. It features 15 pockets strategically placed on the front, side and back of the vest. You'll find multi-layered pockets to organize your smaller items, a large cargo pocket at the bottom to accommodate your documents or tablet, interior pockets to keep your personal belongings safe, and a zippered back pocket to secure your valuables. 

The vest also features a D-ring slot for easy attachment of fall arrest equipment. For optimum comfort, Pioneer®'s Hi-Vis women's safety vest features mesh side panels for air circulation and ventilation. The vest closes with heavy-duty brass snaps, ensuring a firm grip and secure closure. The vest vest features 50 mm (2") wide Star Tech® retroreflective silver stripes. It also features alternating silver retroreflective and fluorescent orange stripes. 2 vertical stripes on the front, 2 crossed X stripes on the back et 1 horizontal stripe on the waist.

About its classification:
Fluorescent yellow (safety yellow-green) is highly visible during the day and in conditions with little natural light, for example at dawn and dusk. In most situations, it also offers high contrast with the background. Being paler than orange, fluorescent yellow is more visible at night, though not as visible in the dark as reflective stripes. 

The silver-gray retroreflective stripes are highly visible in natural or artificial low-light conditions, as they reflect light back towards the source of the light beam (flashlight, car headlights, etc.). They therefore offer the greatest safety at dawn, dusk and during the night. However, they do not increase visibility during the day.

Class 2 level 2: High-visibility safety clothing for workers who perform their duties close to road traffic and whose maximum speed is 80 km/h. Low to moderate risk. 

ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 is an American standard that applies to workers on highways or in areas with a lot of moving vehicles and equipment. Class 2 type R is a VSHV category that must have enough brightly colored fabric and light-reflecting stripes to make you clearly visible. The brightly colored fabric can be yellow-green, orange-red or red, and may or may not be fluorescent.

Class 1: For workers in low-risk areas such as parking lots and warehouses.

Class 2: This class is intended for workers in LOW or MODERATE RISK areas, who require greater visibility in poor weather conditions or low light levels.

Class 3: This class is designed for workers in high-risk areas, such as highways and large-scale construction zones. Class 3 is the highest level of visibility for high-visibility clothing. It covers the largest surface area of the body and provides the best visibility in low-light conditions and at a distance. This class combines class 2 garments, with the addition of bands around the arms and legs. 

Did you know:
150D twill weave is a type of fabric that uses a diagonal weave to create a particular texture and strength. The 150D refers to the denier, a unit for measuring the fineness of the yarns used to weave the fabric. The higher the denier, the thicker and more resistant the yarn. 150D is therefore a fairly thick, strong fabric, suitable for a variety of uses.

Twill has many advantages, including durability, versatility and easy care. Twill fabric is also appreciated for its unique look and feel, giving it character and style.

Restriction: 
Make sure it fits properly, is clean and in good condition.  Replace it if it's torn, soiled or worn.

Maintenance and service life: 
Machine wash inside out in cold water. Hang to dry. Keep high-visibility safety clothing clean and in good condition. Contaminated or dirty retroreflective materials reduce visibility.
